PLATFORM shoes are more comfort to wear than wedge. Comfort-wise? Take Platforms.

Platform shoes are shoes that have added height in the front or all over if it's a wedge.

An added height under the toe is a platform.

Wedges, are any shoe with a wedge heel.

Platform-wedges are just a combination of the two.

A wedge heel with extra height added and extra height under the front of the shoe.

Platforms are generally more comfortable because it's extra height without having to arch your foot as much. Wearing 4" heel with a 1" platform is actually like wearing a 3" heel comfort wise.
