SO SPRING, SUMMER AND EARLY FALL SHOULD DO QUITE WELL- I DUG UP SOME STUMPS LAST YEAR THAT HAD SPROUTED, CUT THEM INTO SECTIONS AND LEFT THEM OVER WINTER , COVERED WITH MULCH OR DIRT--THEN PLANTED THEM--ONLY ONE MAY DIE--IT WAS SMALL AND I DIDN'T KEEP IT WATERED. IF A HURRICANE WOULD MOVE SOME OF THAT UNNEEDED WATER TO HERE IT WOULD BE NICE FOR ALL OF US.
