Before buying a pet primate of any type, you should first ensure that they are legal in your state, that you have access to a veterinarian who will see the animal (not all will), and that you have the knowledge, time, and dedication to take care of the animal. Taking care of a primate is like taking care of a small child, regardless of its age--and many species are long-lived. You also have to consider other aspects of their behavior. For example, bush babies are also known to urine washing, meaning they urinate on their hands and track their scent around everywhere they go. They cannot be broken of this behavior.
