Which vegetable is also a flower?

Many flowers are eatable . . . whether they are categorized as a vegetable or not, I am uncertain. But most squash blossoms are eatable, as are the blooms of violets, and ( my favorite ) nasturtium. They are tasty, as well as a beautiful addition to salads.
