It depends on the plant. If the plant has very large leave, it has adapted to living in an area where sunlight isn't very prominent. Then that ppant would probably be better of in shade. And if the plant has smaller leaves it will need more sunlight. Hope I helped...
Yes, lilac plants can grow in partial shade, but they typically thrive in full sun.
The sun.
it all depends on what plant it is. some plants grow better in the sun, some in the shade.THE CAN OF PLANTS IS A CATUS (SHADE) AND A SUNFLOWER (SUN).
Tomatoes, eggplant, green beans, green peppers can all grow in partail shade, but nothing related to food will grow in heavy shade.
Plants which grow in shady places are called Shade Tolerant Plants......Like in the Amazon forest..where the plantation is very thick and trees grow tall and enormous. Their leaves act as a canopy or they form a blanket which does not allow sunlight to reach the ground...yet there are plants which grow below this canopy of leaves because they are shade tolerant plants....they dont require much sunlight....Dominic Ferrao ...domyferrao@yahoo.com
Water, Sunlight, and shade. That's basically it.
because plants need sun in order to grow, and the sun gives a plant vitamins to the plants, otherwise,if it is in the shade,it does not receive any vitamins that's why it wilts.
bean plants grow in the sun cause they need nutrition all plants need nutrition
Sunlight will increase photosynthesis speed and growth.
dont no
dont thinkso!
The student is formulating a hypothesis related to the effect of light on plant growth. They are suggesting that plants growing in shade will grow more slowly due to reduced light exposure.
