The most important idea expressed in a paragraph or an essay is the theme. The theme is generally noted in the first paragraph of an essay or the first sentence of a paragraph.

To finish off any essay, just compare each point (if this is a comparison essay) or just basically make a summary. It's easiest just to highlight the most important part of each paragraph and just cram it in. A four line paragraph conclusion also looks best.
Oh, dude, a 5 paragraph essay doesn't need a title page. It's like the appetizer of essays, you know? Just dive right into those paragraphs without any fancy title page to jazz it up. Save that extra effort for the 10-pager, where you can really impress your teacher with a snazzy title page.

That is up to you, the essayist. The essay is your voice, telling your perspective. Now, that having been said, the concluding paragraph of ALL essays archetypically begins with a restatement (rewording) of the thesis statement. In the conclusion, you are summing up your essay, stating why the points you made previously are the best, most correct, cogent points.

introduction
Well the most important factor is the TIME. During tests or exams we have to write it on the spot and also have less time to think whereas in class assignments we could get help from others and we also have more time to think and to review before handing the essay in.
The thesis statement. It may not be the first, but it is almost always restated near the conclusion. My teacher calls it the attention grabber. That's always what I've called it, as well. Usually it would begin with a question, quote or joke pertaining to what the essay is about.
