That depends on what you mean by a locker poem. If you mean a poem about a locker, you might want to make a list first of the things that you have in your locker, and what they represent to you... then you can start writing statements that are true about how you feel about those things, or about having a locker, etc. For instance, when I was in High School some kids locked another kid in a locker over the weekend, and it was a really big deal, and I remember hearing him banging to get out before I left... but there were teachers around, and I thought someone would take care of it. So I would write about that, and how bad I felt when I found out that *everyone* had been like me, and walked away to let someone else deal with it.
If you mean a poem that you are going to slip in someone else's locker that you are attracted to, then you might want to think about what you admire in that person, and how they make you feel, and start writing down things that might make that other person smile. For instance, you could talk about how you love their sense of humor or the way they are kind, or stand up for people, or how you love their hair or their neon green sneakers. :)
