The writer of The Odyssey, Homer, is in the opinion of most of today's historians a fictional character. There is not a shred of evidence on the actual existence of a poet called Homer, and the first mention of him is by another Greek author who lived 400 years after Homer supposedly did. So we don't know if he was married even if he did actually exist. But in those days almost all adult Greek males had wives, so it is safe to assume that whatever person(s) wrote the Odyssey, he or they probably were married.
