meter-I would read lines 1, 2, and 4 as dactylic tetrameter, but missing the last two syllables. Line 3 looks like iambic pentameter to me. You could read lines 1,2, and 4 like Iambic pentameter, too, but that would sound weird, (stressing the -ed in hunted for example).

Still, since the rhyme pattern is the same as in a Shakespearean Sonnet, I suspect your teacher would want you to say it was imabic pentameter.
