A cornada is a type of injury inflicted by a bull's horn during a bullfight. It typically involves the bull's horn piercing or goring the matador or another individual in the ring, often resulting in serious injuries or even death.

A serious injury is call a cornada - a goring. A tossing that usually does not involve a goring is called a cogida. However, a cogida can also cause serious injuries - broken bones, etc.
