Chapter 4: That's What I'm Telling You
In chapter 4, Sal walks to dinner with Phoebe. The blind neighbor, Mrs. Partridge feels their faces, and talks to them a bit. They head in to dinner, and they have blackberry pie. Sal thinks on how blackberry pie reminds her of her mother, and she gets sad. She also realizes how sad Mrs. Winterbottom also is.
The quote "You can't keep the birds of sadness from flying over your head, but you can keep them from nesting in your hair" is found in Chapter 29 of the book "Walk Two Moons" by Sharon Creech.
You do get full moons, once every 29 days.
No planet has exactly 29 moons. See related question.
It depends on the specific moon's orbital period. For example, Earth's moon has a lunar cycle of approximately 29.5 days, so in two "moons" (two lunar cycles) there would be around 59 days, which is roughly 2 months.
Because there is one full moon every 29 days, and each month is either 30 or 31 days. So February (with only 28 or 29 days) can NEVER have two full moons, and two full moons in one calendar month will only happen about once every 29 months; call it once every 2.5 years on average.
29 1/2 days.
