At the beginning of Episode Seven, Hrothgar is leading the warriors to confront a group of demons that have been attacking the kingdom.
Hrothgar asks Beowulf to help him defeat the monster Grendel that has been terrorizing his kingdom. Beowulf responds to Hrothgar by vowing to protect his people and rid them of the monster. He laments about how Grendel has caused so much destruction and sorrow, and how he wishes to avenge the death of Hrothgar's people. There are several similarities between Hrothgar and Grendel and Grendel's mother. Both Hrothgar and Grendel are powerful warriors, and their actions are motivated by a desire for power and revenge. Both are also willing to take drastic measures to protect their people, such as Hrothgar building the great hall of Heorot, and Grendel and his mother attacking the hall. Both are also feared by the people of their kingdom, as they are seen as powerful and dangerous forces.
Hrothgar knew Ecgtheow, Beowulf's father, because Ecgtheow had once sought refuge with the Danes after committing a crime. Hrothgar helped resolve the situation, leading to a bond between them. This connection likely contributed to Hrothgar's familiarity with Beowulf and willingness to accept his offer of help against Grendel.
Grendel's mother comes to avenge her son.
The warriors may have felt disconsolate after hearing Beowulf boast because his confidence and prowess overshadowed their own achievements, making them feel inadequate. Beowulf's bold claims could have also stirred feelings of jealousy or competition among the warriors, leading to a sense of unease or resentment. Additionally, they may have doubted Beowulf's ability to fulfill his boasts, causing anxiety about the potential consequences for their community if he failed.
Grendel resents Hrothgar and his men because they are joyous and successful in their mead hall, while he is an outcast living in isolation and darkness. Grendel sees the humans as arrogant and unworthy of their happiness, leading him to attack them out of jealousy and frustration.

There is a small part in each opening with the cheer-leading, but the main routine is done in the last episode, episode 24 "To Be Decided". They dance to the song "Motteke! Sailor Fuku*" by Aya Hirano.*translation: Take It! Sailor Uniform"
The last two episode, I think. You can watch them on: http://www.BlazinAnime.com
