Right click on the file then select open. In the new window select to choose a program from a list then choose notepad
Decide on your subject area, choose a qualification and CHOOSE pathway
Because it's capable of doing that. If you want to change it right-click on it and choose "Open with..." Then you can choose a program which you want to use to open wordpad files in the future.

There are no "forms" in C.
In your top toolbar, click "file". Then click open, choose the file you want to open. Voila!
