The DIXIE flag( blue bars with stars ) was the BATTLE flag of the South, not the official flag of the Confederacy Many men who were not slave owners or opposed to slavery fought for the South,i.e., General Lee. Just because a racist waves it doesn't make " it" racist. It is a part of the history of the South. If you want to carry racism to its illogical extreme, I would suggest that we remove all crucifixes from America as it is the symbol of the KKK which they take delight in setting on fire.
