Kids in no circumstances should be working, because you said 'THEY ARE KIDS'. At adolescence, they should be learning for: what is work, what is the value of working etc. in the school (still not be working) until they are of age 18 (or at age 16, but with the permission of the parents/duardians)

Obviously with the rise in virtual learning it would be easy enough to eliminate the snow day altogether. However, I think kids should still be able to have a day or two a year to just be kids, have fun, and enjoy the snow.

because some kids work better listening to music because when kids hear a song there brain sends signals to their nerves and from their nerves to there thinking area on their brain which helps them learn and be more succesful:)
