Dr Kwame Nkrumah used both positive and negative tactics during his time.At the beginning. of his time as Flag bearer of the Convention People Party,he used the door-to-door campaign where he walked to peoples home to do campaign. Unlike his opponents he preferred to bring on board all people in his party the masses where all allowed to join as oppose to the elites .Well he also tried to unite Africans .With this he gave so much loans to other African countries so as to be able to be independent. On the other side of him,he used acts such Preventive Detention Act which one could be arrested and imprisoned for some years before trial. This was the tactics used to cripple his opponents at that time.He changed the country into one party system so as to reign for long.
