Is capitalism democracy or monarchy?

Capitalism is a form of economics in which goods and services are exchanged for money. Democracy is a form of government in which individuals vote on each issue. Monachary is a form of government in which power is invested in a monarch (King or Queen). An interesting aside is that America is neither a democracy nor a capitalist society. America is a Representative Republic in which the people vote on representatives who in turn vote on the issues. We also utilize a system of social capitalism in which some goods or services (such as police protection and free public education) are provided without monetary exchange, while other goods and services are purchased. Since economics and government systems are not the same thing. You are comparing apples to pigs (not even the same catagory).

What are the key differences between a totalitarian regime and a communist government?

A totalitarian regime is a form of government where a single party or leader has complete control over all aspects of society, including politics, economy, and culture. In contrast, a communist government is based on the principles of socialism, where the means of production are owned and controlled by the state, and there is a focus on achieving economic equality among citizens. Totalitarian regimes often use force and repression to maintain power, while communist governments aim to create a classless society through collective ownership and distribution of resources.

Is Vietnam a communist country still?

Back in 1959, North Vietnam was Communist. Until 1975 when the Americans joined the North and captured the south. Now the whole country is Communist. yes the north was communist and it now entirely communist but the Americas did NOT join the north. they went into the south to protect them from the communist because they were afraid of communist invasion as was seen in cuba with the support of the soviets, the other superpower. it wasnt until after 1975 once all the American troops had left ( referred to as vietnamization) that the North captured the south :)
