The powers of the Supreme Court in the United States are limited by the Constitution, which outlines the types of cases it can hear and the scope of its decisions. Additionally, the Court is bound by precedent and must respect the separation of powers between the branches of government.
Accession: see Ratification. Accession is not the usual method by which a State, which has taken part in the negotiations or signed the treaty, may subsequently consent to be bound by its terms. The treaty may stipulate accession by certain States. In that case, these States have a right to accede to the treaty. Accession may not also require an invitation to accede decided by the Committee of Ministers, upon request of the country interested. In general, accession is permitted after the entry into force of the treaty.
Federalism is political philosophy in which a group of members are bound together with a governing representative head. The term federalism is also used to describe a system of the government in which sovereignty is constitutionally divided between a central governing authority and constituent political units (like states or provinces). Federalism is a system in which the power to govern is shared between national and central (state) governments, creating what is often called a federation.Examples of federalism around the world:1) United States of America;2) Canada;3) Germany;4) Austria;5) Switzerland;6) Argentina;7) Brazil;8) Australia;9) India;10) Belguim;11) Bosnia and Herzegovina;12) Tanzaniz.I hope it works.Mona TahaResource:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federalism
A state is a political entity with defined geographic boundaries and a centralized government that has the authority over its population and territory. A nation, on the other hand, refers to a group of people who share a common identity, including culture, language, history, and often a sense of belonging, which may or may not correspond to a specific state. A state can contain multiple nations, or a nation can be spread across different states.

A bound state is when particles are held together by a force, such as in an atom or molecule. In a bound state, the particles have lower energy and are stable. In contrast, a free state is when particles are not bound together and can move independently. Bound states have specific energy levels and are more stable than free states.
