By elimination of physical currency from the system. That means all the transactions should take place from Bank to Bank with this I think there will not be any scope for black money as all the transactions will be officially recorded.

Implementation of a Smart Currency to public and the transfer by banking sector will definity irradicate the corruption, improve taxation revenue, irradicate poverty, reduce the cost of leaving etc.

We the People are consistently fighting the symptoms of corruption, not the core cause. The core cause is that corruption thrives in secrecy. Politicians ensure that secrecy prevails for them, yet use government resources for unethical control.

The country's National Security Agencies are out of control and needs to have State oversight and management; by all provinces. State elected doctors of science (matching State Representatives in number, but with no affiliation) with a certified background in ethical evaluation, would take the place of the corrupt management of judges currently authorizing wire taps and broad unethical monitoring.

This would allow the National Security Agencies to monitor ALL politicians and corporations for corruption. And identify organized crime systematically.

Representation is non-existent in Government when Corporations and Mafia buy off and threaten our politicians and their families all in secret.

I do hate to deliver the bad news, but corruption has nothing to do with money or politics. Corruption is part of human behavior. Humans can allow it to be the norm or enough humans can care enough to to better. It's is simple as that. Corruption can't be eliminated by legislation, law enforcement, or economic policy. All of these things can help if thoughtfully directed. But reducing corruption to its possible minimum is up to each individual. Each individual MUST be responsible for their own behavior; each individual MUST resist temptation and blaming others for their actions. When this mentality becomes accepted and widely practiced; when it becomes the way of life for as many humans as possible, then corruption can be reduced. It will only happen when humans accept personal responsibility instead of believing that a government or a policy can fix it. Each person must set the example for others; each society must expect it, demand it of their leaders.
