Even though Catherine was pregnant many times over the more than 20 years they were married Henry and Catherine only had one surviving daughter Mary.
Katherine of Aragon and Henry VIII had one child who survived infancy, named Mary. Mary was declared illegitimate when her mother was banished so Henry could marry Anne Boleyn, but she was later declared a legitimate child again, and after her brother Edward's death, she ruled as queen of England for a brief period of time until her own death, after which her half-sister, Elizabeth I, took the throne, and ruled for more than forty years.

Catherine of Aragon gave birth to many children with Henry the Eighth; the only child who lived to adulthood however, was Mary I.

She had several miscarriages, had 3 infants which were either still births or died within a week of birth and also had two infants who died within weeks of birth. She was getting on for 46 (the average life expectancy of the time being 36) when Henry met and fell in love with Anne Boleyn. which meant that the likelihood of her actually having any more children was low to nothing.
