How did Taggart Romney get his name?

Could it be that he was named after the heroine in Ayn Rand's novel "Atlas Shrugged" whose name was Dagny Taggart?

BTW, this is the same novel that Paul Ryan said was the major influence in making him who he was until he discovered that Ayn Rand was an atheist who believed in abortion and equal rights for women.

He's named after Lloyd McNiven Taggart, who went by Tag Taggart. He and Mitt Romney were good friends at BYU.
