Parliamentary law is another term used to describe parliamentary procedure, which governs many lawmaking bodies across the world. It is a set of rules, ethics, and customs that provides order and structure for legislatures, parliaments, and other similar bodies.

Law is never created in Parliament. Primarily the law is drafted by the 'Law Commission', in due & wide consultations with, eminent lawyers, retired jurists, in whose performances, the ruling, political party / Govt, has confidence, in formulating the 'Draft Law'. After the primary job is completed, by the commission, the same is placed before the Parliament where it is in motion, for discussion/debate over it. Then, voting is done over the proposed new law amongst all members of Parliament. If the same is voted in affirmative by a majority then the same law is treated as passed and then sent for Presidential assent over it. Once, this formality is completed, the law is now officially notified as having been promulgated. Thanks.

they are made by the legislature.but they are enforced by the prime minister and by the people.mostly they are enforced by the laeder.

Well the queen or the governor makes the laws and they get written down into a big book and Parliament just reinforce them
