In my opinion, everything that you dream about life like for example that your smart or more attractive than someone or that your going to be successful. Well I think that dreams are your bodies way to tell you things that you already know but that you don't generally think about. That's why sometimes when you dream something it happens the next day, so I think it is a sort of warning.
But..that was only MY opinion.
Another TheoryMy theory is that dreams are another way we can solve problems in our lives. When we sleep, our brains go into a different wavelength (or so I hear) so maybe they piece together bits of information we receive throughout the day and interpret it, make conclusions or piece together a puzzle we wouldn't be able to solve in our conscious state. The thing is, it uses universal or archaic symbols that we today might not be able to interpret correctly. For example, death in a dream may not mean negative things or the end of something; it could actually mean the beginning of something - a begining once recognised by the ancient cvilisations like Egypt, who thought that when we died, we would start a new life. So, essentially, dreams are ways of solving our conscious problems. It's just up to us to take it on board.
There are many, many different theories about dreams, ranging from science-based neurobiological theories to ancient superstitions. The expression "to follow your dreams" does not refer to the same concept discussed by Freud. Freud dealt with actual dreams that occur during sleep that represent repressed emotions and urges, which Freud nearly always viewed as sexual. The expression "following your dreams," refers to hopes and aspirations, not dreams that occur while sleeping.
Not all dreams. Some dreams are just things you imagine in your head. Some dreams have meanings. Some come from God. And some are just things you imagine in your head.
Dreams of living in Ireland or any other location only reflect your own interest or recent exposure to information about that place. There are many superstitions and myths about dreams, including ideas about past lives or some other supernatural connection that can be discovered through dreams. Such theories can be fascinating and fun to talk about, but there is no reliable evidence to verify any of them.
