Human right in its simplest meaning refers to the liberties and further privileges that an individual has by which one expresses him/herself freely without prejudices or abuse from the society in which one stays.

Human right is a basic or fundamental right that an individual cannot be denied of. It is an inherent right which begins by birth until death.

No body has the right to deny any individual of his or her right, when such person have not committed any crime or gone against the laws of the land in which he resides.

In-respective of an individuals religion, education or association, their human right is an inalienable right

When philosophers talk about rights, they are usually talking in the domain of morality as opposed to the domain of legality. A set of laws can create legal rights, but a set of laws cannot create moral rights. A moral right is supposed to belong to a human being simply by virtue of that person's being human. Since the chief concept of morality (ethics, axiology) is the concept of goodness, perhaps the best way to explain a right is in terms of goods. Goods are preferences, objects that we value or desire. When we consider goods apart from the individuals that have them, we are thinking of "abstract" goods. Those abstract goods that someone thinks should belong to every human are, for that person, human rights. For example, suppose that we make a list of abstract goods, in other words, abstract preferences. The list might include, for example, life itself, friendship, health, pleasure, happiness, knowledge, peace, adventure, security, and freedom. (A list of their opposites would be a list of abstract evils.) Some have thought that some of these are human rights. For example, the founding fathers of the United States of America famously thought that all humans were entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. In other words, unless there was a compelling reason to do so, everyone was entitled to enjoy life, to enjoy political freedom, and to pursue happiness without obstruction. For example, since you are alive, unless you forfeit it for some reason, no one has a moral right to take away your life. It is morally wrong to kill you for no reason. (Since what is legal comes from what is moral, there is a law against simply killing other people, which then makes it also legally wrong to kill you for no reason.) Since there may be instances in which a specific human forfeits his or her rights, human rights may be overridden, which means that they are prima facie (not absolute).
