Jurisdictional review empowers ordinary or special courts to nullify both legislation and executive acts that contravene the Constitution. It stabalizes and limits democracy (from a political point of view)
There are two kinds of Judicial Review:
Abstract Review --> Only used by a Constitutional Court. This review is an advisory but binding opinion on a proposed law
Concrete Review --> Used by the Supreme Court as by the Constitutional Court and arises in the context of a specific case.

The jurisdictional limit is the maximum amount of money you can sue for in small claims court. It is determined by state law, so each state has a different jurisdictional limit. If your claim is in excess of the jurisdictional limit, and you sue in small claims court, you waive any judgment greater than the jurisdictional limit. The below link has a table showing the jurisdictional limit for each state's small claims courts.

An inter-jurisdictional scan is an examination or review conducted across different jurisdictions or geographical areas to gather information on a specific topic or issue. It involves comparing policies, practices, regulations, or data from various locations to identify trends, best practices, or areas for improvement. This process helps stakeholders gain insights into how different regions are addressing a common concern and can inform decision-making or policy development.
