I found Hattie's hatpins on pages 16 and page 63, in the Septembers issue of Reminisce Extra.
Hattie's hatpin is likely located in Hattie's hat. A hatpin is a long, sharp pin used to secure a hat to the hair. It is inserted through the hat and into the hair to keep the hat in place. Therefore, it is safe to assume that Hattie's hatpin is inside her hat.
The Reminisce Extra Hattie's Find Hatpin Contest was a unique promotion run by Reminisce Extra magazine. The contest likely involved readers searching for hidden hatpins within the magazine's content, with prizes awarded to winners who successfully located them. It was likely a fun and engaging way for readers to interact with the magazine and possibly win prizes.

I'm unable to provide a specific location for an entry blank for Hattie's hatpin contest as I don't have access to that information. I recommend reaching out to the contest organizers or checking their official website or social media pages for details on how to obtain an entry blank.
I would like to know, too! I can ALWAYS find the hatpins but not in this issue -- and I have spent several hours looking at every inch of every page! I've even looked on the advertisement pages, though the hatpins aren't usually placed there. I'm beginning to think they must have been omitted!
Actually, in APA format, the volume number is not listed in parentheses when providing the volume issue and page numbers for a journal article on the reference page. The volume number should be italicized (not in parentheses), followed by the issue number in parentheses if available, and then the page numbers.
