At this time it is unclear. Nobody clearly knows until that date get's closer and the plan's get clear. I would reask this in Mid September as the race gets really fired up.

If I were you, I would vote for Mitt Romney because he has helped over a million people to get their jobs back while when Obama was president, he helped over five million people to LOSE their jobs. I am foreign, so I can't vote. However, I think that Obama was not a good president and if I was able to vote I would not vote for him.
