The face we all see on the Malaysian Ringgit is that of Tengku Abdul Rahman. He is the first Malaysian Prime Minister after independence from the British.

He is confused with Tunku Abdul Rahman which is the first prime minister of Malaysia. Although both share similar named, the title is a bit different and the face is definitely not similar at all.
