As it is written,"If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. (Prov. 24v10).
"Virtue" is one of the most significant pillars of righteousness, therefore it is only by that special prayer will humans reap the fruits of the "Holy Spirit".
And finally, "Timothy 2v1-4, "Virtue is required of all men that we may lead a quiet and peacable life in all Godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our savior, who will have all men to be saved, and come into the knowledge of the truth.
