There is no perfect nation state because humans are imperfect.
Staes or nations are created by people and no one is perfect. Man is greedy, envious of others, wants power, seeks glory, and is controlling. Since the first creation of government there have been men who killed others, enslaved whole populations, and sought to take what others have.
