Scylla And Charybdis
The two female monsters Odysseus is trying to avoid would be Scylla and Charybdis. Charybdis literally sucks in the sea and regurgitates it while Scylla lives on a cliff and snatches objects down below her.
The two monsters need to be specified.
During Odysseus's travels he encounters several monsters and threats. Two of them are female, Circe and Calypso. They both held him on his island for an elongated amount of time.
