- It is not necessarily true that men with muscles are better looking than skinny men or average shaped men. Chemistry is what makes two people fall in love and personality of the man is a high priority and not necessarily a #10 body. Men who work out to keep their shape do so a great deal and often have little time to spend with a girlfriend unless she is into body building. A slim man with some muscle seems to be far more attractive than a man with bulging muscles and veins sticking out all over the place. One should go with chemistry and the personality and if muscles are there then it's simply an added bonus, but if not, you're not missing out on a lot.
