Not really, one is physical and the other is mental or emotional. Holding a grudge really does a person no good. You can feel hurt, betrayal and possibly with good reason, but holding on to it only makes you feel worse. Some people forgive, some forget, some just let the source go and move on. A lot of people in life are going to do things to you that you don't like or that are wrong. That's just the way a lot of people are. Holding on to it only hurts yourself. Learn what you can from it to help in the future and let go of it. The source of the hurt is not worth worrying about.
