Absolutly! Think about it- you stayed up ALL night with a friend for the past 2 nights and your mom wants you to clean your room, consiting of vacuuming, dusting, picking up, tidying, making your bed, putting clothes away, ect. You are gonna be VERY cranky and probably go off on your mom. Sleep is VERY important, but I've found that going to bed at 9:30 on Tuesday isn't any better then going to sleep at 10:30 on the next Tuesday.
