Depends on what the thoughts are about. If they about violent acts to others or something like that then yes seeing someone would be the best option. If its about a bad experience as a child then again concelling might be a good option. In any curcumctance obcessing over anything is is unhealthy and should be properly discused with a concellor or whom ever is qualified. Talking this out with outs friends family helps resolve feelings.

Why does it seem like everyone can hear my thoughts and people seem to be repeating everything I am thinking whether it be what I was thinking at a previous time or in the instant?

It's simple they are just thinking the same thing. You are all having thought appropriate to your environment and circumstances, so if you are around each other you are having similar thoughts.

Can some people read other peoples thoughts?

One reason it's a good thing we cant read minds we would be embarrassed but another thing is that since humans technically use ten present of their brain capacity (Einstein used about 15%) scientists don't know what the human could do when they finally use 100%

Are all mental processes thinking?

I don't believe they are. Here's why: Our brain is still sending commands to our body while we are asleep. Even though, since we are not awake, we aren't thinking about anything. The brain isn't just for our thoughts. It's to keep our bodies operating.

Why do some people talk to themselves?

I've known a girl since childhood, now an adult, who has always spoken out loud pieces of what seem to be daydream conversation. Little things, or I, or other people will snap her back to reality but in the mean time, her emotions and facial expressions show that she is really engaged in what would look like rehearsing lines if she were holding a script. But she is not an actress, in fact she has always been a little shy of public speaking. She is not anti-social however and has no handicaps in that area. She is a normal functioning kind of person, but every now and then, she's just...somewhere else until she gets brought back. I have always wondered if that is from stress, or if she is coping with being in a situation she is not comfortable so her brain takes over and "puts her" some place else...but I can not say that is true. I am an art major myself, and have no insights into the studies of pscycology. She is very dear to many of those who call her friend and has never posed a threat. Another answer - Jokerbuff888 I just wanted to say also that if its a child, it has often been found that children often have an imaginary friend, and dont take this at first glance. By friend, i dont necesarrily mean somone who is human size, or out in the world. It could be that its someone inside their own head, maybe an identical form of themselces. It is often for confirmation of something, or preparation for when you about to talk to somone about an uneasy subject. Listening to our own auditory memory helps often heps us to remember or understand a complex sentence. Many do it, and it rarely does reflect a mental disorder. I hope this helped.

Why you are thinking about some one when you wake up?

Thinking about someone when you wake up could be due to a variety of reasons, including lingering feelings, recent interactions, or simply having that person on your mind before falling asleep. It's a common occurrence since our thoughts and memories can be influenced by our emotions and experiences.

What is The value of 99.9 repeating plus 9.9 repeating plus 9 repeating?

Well 99.99999(repeating) = 100The rigorous proof for this involves expressing 99.9999...9 as a geometric series and then calculating the number to which is converges, which is exactly 100. Interesting huh? Or you can think about it like this: Since there is no number you can chose that is between 99.9999(repeating) and 100, which is impossible for two different numbers, they must be equal. This also applies here: 9.9999(repeating) = 10So 99.99(repeating) + 9.99(repeating) = 110.However 9 repeating = Infinity.Therefor your answer is simply infinity, as infinity is not a number so you can not get Infinity + 110.99.9 repeating plus 9.9 repeating plus 9 repeating = infinity

What is the best example of a repeating decimal 1.111114 4.252525 0.777777 0.123123?

All of the above with the exclusion of 1.111114 are non-terminating, repeating, decimals. In the former (1.111114), it terminates at the millionths place value. Therefore it's not a repeating decimal.
