I would suggest to get down to the roots of whys she/he is having this problems and if its like his or her weight then maybe suggest going to the gym in a nice way and maybe offer to be his or her buddy. say youll walk with them or run or bike ride anythings good,also suggest if you notice that there eating unhealty suggest that they cut back on the fat and unheatly foods.
