If a girl is shy and cant talk to a guy then just start of by talking to him first even if it does mean no eye contact then hopefully he knows your somewhat interested!
Then he will make you confertable.Then go for it look him in the eye next time you see him.
Or:
If you see him from a distance don't! "look straight to the ground" look at him and hopefully he looks!If he doesn't, try again in the same situation and by doing this yous both will have a long distance connection.
Remember:
Not to go straight for him ecpesserlly if you already have a shy personality!

∙ 13y agothat is just the way they bring themselves in front of others. shy girls tend to totally ignore the guys that they have a crush on, as if they're not there, and to make a conversation is the hardest thing to do for them. so as a guy, you should start a conversation and always come up with new cool and interesting topics and never give up when you think they look bored. this is because they are scared of not knowing what to say and when it comes to the awkward silent moment, always be the one to come up with new topics, because they would never come up with one. :)
