Best Answer

If you want to be punctual, be early. Chronically late people think that they can always arrive right on the dot. They forget the fact that the time it takes them to get to their destination isn't the same every time. Punctual people plan for the worst; if the worst happens they arrive right on time, if it doesn't, they arrive early.

What are some human characteristics in Germany?

There are stereotypes of Germans. They are sometimes seen as stubborn, hard working, punctual, fun loving yet serious. Of course, you can find the opposite true in any people, like the last two traits in the previous sentence. Also, Germany is becoming increasingly ethically mixed through its "guest workers," notably Turks, in some cities. Germans do love their football/soccer, and they've been known to drink a beer or two. Generally, they highly value education.

What age does self-esteem really matter?

Self esteem matters at all ages. Self-esteem starts in childhood with esteem from parents. Usually, it's parents' attitudes to simple everyday things that matter. For example, do parents assume as a matter of course that their children will be competent or incompetent? Does a parent assume that if an 8 year old is asked to carry a tray with glasses of cola that he/she will spill the drinks? Does a parent assume that a child will be punctual or late, and so on. It is important that parents instill a feeling of worth and capability in children from the time they are able to do things. This will go with them their entire lives.

How do you reply to 'Tell me about your self' in an nterview?

Such questions are fairly typical of those you will be presented with when applying for a jobAs with most things, it is all about preparation. If you fail to prepare then be prepared to fail. There are many 'standard' questions. There are no standard answers as most are asking about you personally. Because of that no one but yourself can answer many of the questions you will be asked. Think about such questions in advance and have your answers ready. Be positive; do not repeat what you have read in books or on the Internet. By all means read sample answers but do not repeat them verbatim. The person interviewing you will have read all those answers too. There is more to having a successful job interview than just answering the questions asked. Many would say much more. First impressions count for far more than many realise.Dress for the part. Be punctual and polite. Listen to what is being said. Answer only the question asked. (Don't ramble)Start with your full name, give a brief about education, work experience and final your family details.
