This is a great (and common) interview question. In an interview, I wouldn't say that you had to vary YOUR approach to SUIT other people. That kind of sounds confrontational. Explain that you have realized that everyone has different personalites and working styles and that you have come to accept and respect everyone's differences. And that you use this knowledge in your day to day communication with co-workers (and/or employees). ~ T
