This is a question that no one really has an answer to. The essential idea: you have to balanced. You have to be above a certain level of physical attractiveness, you have to be a social butterfly, but you can't have an invite:invited ration of over 1:3 (for every thing you invite someone to, you have to be invited to at least 3 things by others). Other than that, you just have to have this seeming magical thing about you that makes people thing you're popular.
