If they are truly dangerous, get evidence on them to put them away.

Many people fantasize doing things to sex offenders which are as bad as or worse than what the offenders do. You don't want vigilante justice as that is unethical, immoral, and usually backfires. If you do to them what they do to others, you will likely go to prison, and the vigilante actions can never undo the damage they caused. Two wrongs don't make a right.
