Try an imagine all the ways you would show someone you care and write them down. Once you've done that you can then make a conscious effort to STOP doing all those things, check your list every now and again to remind yourself of things to stop caring about. Also, try to keep your face emotionless and just generally act disinterested in everything and everyone around you.

it is called narcissism, but i think it is perfectly fine to care only about yourself. think, what has ANYBODY ever done for you? Why should you care? there is your family you can care for, but there is always going to be somebody in your family your not going to care for, sometimes to the extent that they dont feel like family anymore. I have 3 sisters and i only care about them. but i hardly ever see them. so in other words, i pretty much only care about me. you can call it selfish, but ask yourself this- does anything in life matter? since knoone is with you ENTIRELEY in life, only you should matter. Most people on this question would come up with something rude. But I'm not going to say anything like that. there is a lot of things to do when you're bored - listen to music and sing along, dance to the music, sing AND dance to the music, draw, play on a games console, watch a film or TV, play an instrument (if you have any), if you like a sport - practice it in your garden (if you have a garden). Or you could take the immature route and do silly things that are sure to make you giggle such as: . Watch a film whilst it is on mute, and do a silly commentary of it. . Listen to music that you don't like and pretend to be the stereotype of people who listen to that music, (example - listen to a rapper and pretend to be a gangster, listen to heavy metal and pretend to be a mosher, etc.) I'm sure that's enough for you
