If you have no self confidence then you just need to get some. you can do this by taking care of yourself and staying healthy. excecise everyday. eat healthy. maybe you can improve the way you dress and get a really cool haircut that really makes you look good. but if you get the wrong haircut that will cause more problems. also make plans with your friends. if you don't have friends go out and find some potentoial buddies. but don't settle for anything less than what you deserve and don't look in the wrong crowd. if you are around people that you know like to be around you then you build confidence.
