How do you deal with assertive people?

Realize that you have as much right to the space you and your goals are standing in-as anyone else does. And that if you are not assertive to have your own voice heard and to stick up for yourself, no one else is going to look out for you. Find a passion to be assertive about and don't look at the word assertive as a negative. It is simply asserting who and what you want to become in a neutral world. Speak and behave in a confident and direct way, this would then attract peoples attention. To become more assertive you just need to focus on yourself and speak where necessary, this will show that you have high self-confidence and you will succeed when and whilst being in the real world. == ==
