I'm not too sure you want to have to act differently to get a guy's attention, it's such a drag, because if he does fall for you then he falls for a slightly altered you, and then you'll have to keep up this facade for however long which will become boring and aggravating for you.
the best thing about this question is that you recognise there's a difference in maturity between you and him, which indicates to me that you may actually be more mature than you credit yourself!
Just be yourself, and if you two don't click quite as hoped then it never would have worked anyway in the long run.
