Stress can take away your sleeping routines and daily routines too. So that's one example! You may become achy and tired. Your friends might not want to be around you anymore because of this. Stress also causes you to over-think some situations, which might make you seem non-spontaneous! That turns a lot of people off. So, I would see a therapist and take some medicine :) Hope this helps
