Occasional cracking of joints is normal and should not be a cause for concern. However, if cracking or popping sounds are accompanied by pain, swelling, or limited range of motion, it may be a sign of an underlying issue and you should seek medical advice.
When you crack your knuckles, your bones are rubbing together. That's what makes the cracking sound. It used to be beleived that cracking your knuckles caused arthridis, but that been prooved untrue.
Well it is. If you keep doing it it is likely you will get Arthiritus in your hands when you are older, which is meant to be horrible because it limits what you can do with your hands without pain occuring.
Because crack alters the nerve endings. You have nerve endings in your head, which combine with roots of hair and when crack enters your body, it begins to alter nerves. They become stimulated and move majestically.
cause your mama is smokin' weed out that bong pipe
Cracking your knuckles usually doesn't cause pain. The sound is created by gas bubbles being released from the fluid surrounding your joints, not from bones grinding together. However, excessive knuckle cracking may lead to joint inflammation or reduced grip strength over time.
Dogs should have bones all of the time.
No, you should not crack a baby's toes. Their bones are still developing and their joints are delicate. If you have concerns about your baby's foot health or development, consult a pediatrician or a healthcare professional.
no
Butt Crack -_-
Bones do not bend directly, they bend at the joints (points at which two bones meet).
hahahaha! NEVER! but if u must "take" crack, one hit a minute is not enough. good luck! really tho, if you have to ask how often you "take" crack, i am begging you, please dont do it, its not worth it.
The bones in your body don't actually crack when you move. The sound you hear is actually the sound of the gases in the synovial fluid escaping the sac around the joint.
no i will not crack my 360
To cut through flesh and to crack the bones
try punishing urself every time u do it. Maybe, no snacks or u pinch urself. If that doesn't work either tell someone, or just keep doing it. I crack my fingers and im not worried (separate from previous answer)...experts believe the habit of cracking ones bones is more psychological then physical. Its literally all in your head. Trust me if don't think about it you will notice gradually that you have totally forgotten about cracking your bones. Next time when the "urge" to crack your bones arises, ignore it ( i understand how tempting it can be i had the same problem, but slowly i have stopped) ignore it by focusing on something you like, go watch tv or something that you like doing. Like all bad habits, its in your head, if you believe that you will not crack your bones, then you wil not crack your bones... good luck :)
tiny gas bubbles get trapped between the bones
becasue if they didnt we and other fish wouldn't have anything to crack.
