Some people use mirror-self image which is when you percieve what someone thinks about you by observing their body language and or facial expressions. But you have to be sure your not taking it the wrong way. When you see how others percieve you then think about what you are doing for them to have that opinion and work with it. Sooner or later you will be able to notice exactly how you look towards others and how your personality makes you look. As we all know, or need to understand anyway, personality makes your looks.
