If anger is used by a person with consciousness of its attributes and has a conscience for the consequences of anger out of control then it can be a strong ally in arriving at good solutions to countermand the causation of irate feelings and would be strength but for the person who allows the anger to get control of his or her emotions and run rampant hurting others along the way to appeasement then it is undeniably a weakness of the worst kind. Anger - alias temperament, is intially inherited as a survival instinct and enmeshed into your 'primary programming' because your ancestors 'survived' - a long line of of surviving 'angry' ancestors underlines the value of anger where it becomes a 'learned' tool of survival. There are many examples of aggressive ancestral memory in the natural world, human groups included. Strength or weakness depends on being the bully or the bullied or the loan voice in the wilderness. It can be both a weakness and a strength, depending on the situation.
