At times yes it is good to be quiet, like in class when your teacher is teaching the lesson... but sometimes its not good to be quiet... I'm quiet myself, but not all the time, because some people that are quiet keep a lot of things to themselves, and don't want to tell anyone. maybe it embarrassing or they just don't want to tell anyone. so the answer is yes and no
